MALIM Awards Second Round of School Grants

Thanks to funding made available through the Luther Memorial School Foundation, MALIM

has awarded its second year of grants to Lutheran schools in the SED, totaling $198,000. These grants will be used for projects such as upgrading technology, improving school security, creating a STEM lab, and enhancing a musical program.

Schools submit detailed grant applications, which are then reviewed by MALIM's Proposal Review Committee. Schools are notified of the Committee's decision in July and funds disbursed in August.

This year's recipient schools are:

Concordia Christian Day School in Conover, NC

Concordia Preparatory School in Towson, MD

Grace Lutheran School in LaPlata, MD

Pilgrim Christian Day School in Baltimore, MD

Resurrection Lutheran School in Cary, NC

Risen Christ Christian Academy in Myrtle Beach, SC

St. Paul's Lutheran School in Glen Burnie, MD
